MiniBus Driving Tuition - Class D1

These are of the type most schools, youth groups (Scouts, Guides etc.) and hire companies operate.

Since 31st December 1996 persons passing a car test (Class A), can only drive cars and light vans. Driving Minibuses on this licence is not allowed and is illegal.

If you want to tow a baggage trailer or caravan with a Minibus you must hold a D1+E License
